The management of Trittico is pleased to announce the continued implementation of its expansion plans in Italy and beyond in a strategic partnership transaction with Swedish industry investor, Verisec International AB.
Irrespective of the ownership changes, Trittico’s customers should expect business as usual with Trittico’s experts and management continuing to support the market with its high-quality services.
The transaction answers to Trittico’s growth strategy, with the arrival of the new Swedish owner providing a greater scope to deliver innovative solutions for the Italian market.
The transaction has received the relevant authorities’ approval, including the Italian Council of Ministers – due to the nature of such an investment in a strategic sector. Trittico brings its in-depth industry knowledge to the partnership, to enrich a now even more motivated and rapidly expanding international team.
Massimo Botturi remains head of the Trittico team, also becoming a member of the Verisec management team.
